Introduction to GOMA

GOMA is a league run by me, just as a fun, different series than ISRA. GOMA won't be ISRA in terms of professionalism, but it won't be WCOL-like shit either. Just something I wanted to do for fun after F5, since no ISRA series occupies that.
This technically is in conjunction with ISRA, although we will not use ISRA's RPM, but we will use their race server. Most of the drivers, like myself, are ISRA competitors and will give them something fun to race on the side.
